I had pain in my hip. Tried the usual over the counter stuff and even went to the doctor. Ended up having a small tear in a muscle. Nothing worked for the pain. It eased it up, but was still present. I did’t want to take prescription meds so I tried the Pura oil. I first noticed I was less Stressed and a little more Focused after just 2 days. The pain was still there but I kept taking it every morning. When I was half way through the bottle (300mg) I noticed my hip wasn’t hurting as bad. Almost done with my first bottle and noticed the pain in my hip is gone! I will continue using this wonderful oil as I see first hand how well it works and read about all the benefits it has.
