Direction for sublingual use:
One or two servings daily. If taking two servings daily, we recommend one serving (1ml) in the morning before breakfast and another serving in the evening before dinner.
Shake well
Squeeze the dropper top to fill the pipette with oil (approx. 1ml)
Place contents of dropper under the tongue and allow oil to absorb into your system by holding the oil in your mouth for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.
